These guys verified all my docs bar one in ten minutes, I was very quick to re-upload the one they wanted. Then verifying that one took 48 hours. Presumably because they knew the document was fine and were going to approve it but they wanted to delay it so I had more opportunity to cancel my pending withdrawal.

Then they take the full 48 hours just to cancel my withdrawal because of a payment provider error but zero explanation other than that. Now it will be another 48 hours but who knows if they will cancel it or not.

I found this casino to be absolutely terrible. I created an account last year but was then locked out and password was not able to be reset. I made a new account and had a little win and after going back and forth with the verification for days it was all approved and I in the meantime had won a little more. When I finally was verified and made the withdrawal it was rejected. I found this to be due to duplicate accounts which I was told to email them about. I emailed them about closing the account and have had 0 response about it. But when I wanted to reset the password on my new account after forgetting it they were quick to respond. But only responded with an email with a temporary password that said it was invalid anyways. I am still waiting on confirmation that the old account has been closed. And now still trying access my new account once I can be sent a valid password. If I am unable to do one or either of these issues stated above I will never ever use them again. I will be sure to be leaving bad reviews of my horrible experience with NEOSPIN as many places as possible due their horrible service and issues. As someone who only occasionally likes to gamble here and there and loves a win when I get it this has been by far the worst experience out of the few times I’ve newly participated in online gambling. I had a terrible experience with Neospin Casino. After depositing and playing, I ended up with some winnings that I tried to withdraw. That’s when the problems started. I ended up getting a small win up to $555 on blackjack solo. Thought withdrawal would’ve been as breezy as depositing.

Clearly not, hopeless support team and their automated messages. Some telling me my verification such as bank statements, and cards have been verified. But get a withdrawal cancellation not long after. Then some saying only to use bank transfer and not crypto.

Games are decent but payout to banks are ridiculous. Minimum 2 days for them just to APPROVE it. Then you’re looking at 1-3 days for the banks to transfer.

I opened a new account. I filled in my data and verified my e-mail address. I deposited 100 EUR, and after the payment the system automatically blocked my account. I have 100 EUR money stuck inside. Two days ago, they only promised that the relevant department would refund it.
I don't really understand why it's taking so long, maybe I should work in the finance department instead of drinking coffee. The administration is pathetically slow, and I am skeptical about whether I will get my money back.

UPDATE: It's a joke that they asked me for every document in existence to get my money back. The torture lasts 4 days! :) It's a really good casino, I can recommend it to everyone who wants to go through a similar torture. It's a shame that this casino has a license!
