hola me rechazaron el retiro de dos montos en 1win y se supone que debiese recibir los fondos de vuelta, la asistente en la pàgina de ayuda me dice que es de inmediato la devolución pero nada aún

hice 2 retiros algunos a mi cuenta bancaria la que utilizo siempre y otros a cuentas virtuales. Los retiros rechazados son los que realicé a mi cuenta bancaria, uno de $15000 y otro de $50000, cuando vi que estaban en rojo, me dijeron que habían seido rechazados y me dijeron que el reembolso se hacía de inmediato, y hasta ahora se me ha reembosaldo nada

Okay, and did the casino explain to you the reason why they rejected these withdrawals you are talking about and why you should get a refund ? You had no problems withdrawing to your account before ? I see that these are large amounts so I was wondering if the casino is doing some checks but I think they should inform you if there is something like that going on. 

Also, do I see the dates of 24 June correctly ? I'm asking because the screenshot is pretty blurry.

Si fueron hechas el 26 de junio y todas fueron realizadas a mi banco primario, los otros retiros fueron hechos a cuentas online y no tuve ningún problema. Me dijeron que el chat de soporte el reembolso se hace dentro de 24 (aún no me han reembolsado) o 48 e incluso lei en las reglamentaciones pueden ser hasta 3 dias hábiles. El problema fue el banco asumo
