They rejected all my withdrawals again today saying I had to do KYC check aging because I’m trying to withdraw money to Skrill account because when I tried to withdraw last time they came back rejected as well because glitch in there system.


they just keep making up new reasons not to pay out so I made the complaint in the link you gave me thanks.

Well 99 percent casinos mske it hard to withdrawl even when verified all they want is money greedy sites

To me, it seems that the casino still has some issues, though I am not so well informed. Passing the KYC is a must as we all know, I can also understand that when you opt for a new payment option, a verification deposit or some sort of statement can be asked to be provided. But I can't comprehend the rest, like full KYC once again. I'm sure that you'll get the winnings because all of these complaints were solved in the end, it just takes some time.

If I may, read this thread to be ensured that we know about the delays and you are welcome to submit the complaint. Just mind that we allow the casinos 14 full days to verify your account and sent the winnings, but it seems that IceCasino is in delay even with this allowed period, so please, be prepared for waiting.

Keeping all those already submitted and solved complaints in mind, I dare to say that if you managed to comply with all rules, you'll get your money eventually.

The issue is not the winnings, but the deposit that I made, I did not receive it. I deposited the money, and I did not find it in my account in the casino.

Well in case of a lost deposit, I fear that patient waiting is also a valid strategy. The casino is probably waiting for its 3rd party payment provider, to solve the issue. If I'm correct, you and the casino are both waiting for the provider now.

Feel free to submit the complaint right here. But as you can read in this thread, the casino is in delay even with payouts and verifications, so be prepared to wait.
