I have won and there is a bug.


I deposited 20 euros using the 235% bonus and I managed to wager. Normally the real balance should be 400 like usually because we can only withdraw 20 times the deposit when using a bonus but instead the balance is 235, the amount of the percentage of the bonus. So weird...


I wrote to the support, I'll see what they say. Oh gosh... There is always something wrong with this casino lol

Hello Radka,

The bonus was 400% before so when I deposited 20 it added 400. I just think their system is adding the percentage bonus as amount after wagering instead of 20 times the deposit.


They told me they will check with the technical department. But the transaction page clearly shows my 426 euros amount reduced by 191. I don't see the point reducing so much to make it 235, exactly the amount of the bonus percentage. It should have been 26 only so I can withdraw 400.

I think I understand, but still, I'm eager to know what the casino will come up with of course.

It's been a few days, already did you get some time frame? I'd guess you did not.

I contacted chat yesterday and today and she just told me they will get an answer today in the afternoon so I'll wait and inform you about.


I'm also thinking if they will find a crap excuse to take my winnings. We will see if they are trustful or not, if they admit their mistake.

The missing amount was added today after 3 days I was chasing them lol...


Although I had to cancel previous withdrawal to ask a new one again because you cannot withdraw twice. So I guess another week to wait.


It is weird, since the financial team added the missing money on account, why not pay it directly since the withdrawal was made on Sunday...


Anyway, at least they admitted their mistake so I am happy about it.

So you were correct and I'm happy that the casino acted properly when it comes to the conclusion.

Well, about the withdrawal, I would guess that it may be caused by the platform, seems like it is not well designed, or does not allow altering withdrawals manually if needed. Just guessing of course.

Just wanted to say that I'm still waiting my winnings.

I requested withdrawal of 235 euros on 28th of August. On 1st September after admitting their mistake, they asked me to cancel and to withdraw 400. To this day, I am still waiting.

All they say it's I'll contact financial team to make you priority or that financial team is very busy.

I'll wait until tomorrow and unfortunately I'll have to submit a complaint, I prevented them already.

Although the financial team can be overwhelmed, I think that player who was asked to cancel the withdrawal due to the casino's mistake should be handled with proper care afterward.

I have won 470 euros on 3rd deposit of 20 again last night so I guess I'll have to wait 2 weeks again lol.

As long as they pay me I'm OK with it.

But they should improve the withdrawal time so players trust them.

i have asked a withdrawal on Saturday 24th of September and today my withdrawal was approved and completed at 9 o'clock in the morning. But until now i haven't received my money on neteller. Usually i receive my money 10 or 20 minutes before they send an email to confirm the payment.


I have contacted the casino which told me there was an issue about neteller and not them. So i wrote to neteller to ask. Neteller told me that there was no issue and that the money is instant when the merchant sends it. That i should contact the casino to ask if the payment was sent to the right mail address.


I contacted the chat again tonight after work and they told me that i should get my money very soon and that i should not be worried. I am very confused and i do not know who to believe. I want to trust them since they have always paid me in the past but i am very suspicious when they say money was sent but after like 12 hours, it still is not on my account.


i will wait until tomorrow to see and unfortunately i will have to submit a complaint to try to get my money.
