There is a protection system which to me isn't right. You can cancel a cool-off period of 3 months for example and play the next day after 24 hours. Which happens to me.

You can also put limit and when you reach it, you can just open another currency and you can deposit again despite the fact that the limit is reached. This is absolutely not a protection for players.

I lost 150 chf because of that so I'm changing my vote to 2 stars.

There is no chat and the bonus are not even added when you deposit, it is added if you contact the bot hours later.
