Problems with a withdraw through SEPA. I was able to withdraw money yesterday but today, at first was denied and know even the option has disappeared. This is far far to be the quality you expect from a trustable site.

The assistance from their end seems poor. Always the same answer and not really addressing what happens.

I really hope I can solve my problem properly because all what I've played was legit. Deposit via bank account and trying to withdraw the same.

I hope CG will help and also from Megapari stop hiding their methods of withdraw and handle as they should.

Me alegra ver que la valoración que CG otorga a Megapari a bajado muchísimo. Por fin se van dando cuenta de que es un casino pirata con prácticas que no son ilegales pero sí rastreras ( como eliminar temporalmente métodos de retiro para que tengas la tentación de seguir jugando y termines perdiendo, cierres de cuenta sin motivo, etc)

Ojalá los usuarios dejen también su experiencia en las reseñas específicas del casino.

Me ha pasado en tres ocasiones, intenté retirar por transferencia SEPA y no estaba disponible y acabé perdiendo todo. No son problemas puntuales cada muchos meses. Se trata de problemas cada tres o cuatro días ( tengo mucha experiencia en casinos y nunca había visto algo así).

Ellos se limitan a contestar con un mensaje automático y dicen que " no son los estándares de calidad que quieren en su empresa" y que harán todo lo posible por solucionarlo, pero es mentira.

No pienso jugar en este casino NUNCA MÁS.

Me paso por el foro para comentar mi pésima experiencia con megapari.


Tengo una disputa "no resuelta" en la que casino guru me da la razón y que tiene un valor de 3000 euros desde hace más de 9 meses.

Megapari reabrió la disputa y, tras MUCHO NEGOCIAR ( yo quería 2000 y ellos solo ofrecían 1500), el representante de Megapari insiste, el 1 de febrero, con una oferta de 1500 euros ( y me pide que lo pensase durante unos días). El día 5 acepto la oferta y su respuesta es que ahora la oferta es de 1000 euros.

Es vergonzoso. Queda claro la seriedad de este casino. En mi opinión la valoración de casino guru es excesivamente generosa.

Hi, I read your complaint too and I saw that you didn't reach an agreement with the casino after all. I can understand that because I wouldn't want half of what I'm really owed either. Especially when the first offer was different at first and when you nodded at it, it changed to a smaller amount. 

However, the casino got black points for that and it affected its safety index. But since the casino has only 2 unresolved complaints, you can't expect it to suddenly have a completely low safety index. So I don't think it's unfair in any way.
