they do actually seem to pay out winnings, however, the amount of time is so long, also they are very rude and customer service do not care that much, in my opinion, once you get your money, i would not gamble at this casino again, its not worth the headache

Hi,

After a few emails the £1000 was put back in my account so I’ve requested to withdraw it again hoping not to wait another 11 days for £500 to have to do it all again to get the last remaining £500.

honest opinion the games themselves and the RTP are really good but the communication side of things and the lengthy wait to withdraw in dribs and drabs isn’t worth the bother at all, but if you don’t mind waiting months to withdraw a decent amount.

i opened my account on 20th of May it’s now July 3rd and still got another 2 withdrawals to go through to get the remainder of my money which I have no doubt each will take around the same time the last ones have 11 days for £500. (With numerous attempts at getting a reply from them)

Ive stupidly put £1800 back into the sites but I do think this is what they expect you to do with the amount of time it takes to get your money I won’t be making that mistake again il just be glad when I can get the remainder of my winnings and stay away from the site.

Thank you for letting everyone know your current situation, it really helps others. Ive said this in my previous chats, i tend to see this "delay tactic" a lot with casinos, they delay withdrawals so much in the hope that people get sick and tired of waiting and just gamble all their money away. Again as ive stated previously, i do believe this casino to be legitimate, in the sense of, they do pay winnings..eventually.. but personally i would not want to continue to play on a site which you have to wait weeks/months to get paid from, its not worth the stress and headache.

No problem, yes I believe they are legitimate just really poor communication if you manage to get a reply it’s usually the same thing everytime about how they have backed up requests & your 17th in the queue and basically just wait but maybes on their website itself it shouldn’t say players receive their withdrawal 24-48 hours then I wouldn’t have nothing to complain about.

its been one big headache and it’s a shame because the games are good but I wouldn’t be silly enough to put my money in to wait so long for it to be returned

UK banks do not accept payments direct to debit cards, i first tried this when i was on zeusglory, the bank does not allow it, so it MUST be an international bank transfer using iban/bic numbers etc.

I 100% agree with you. they are already breaking their own t's&c's in terms of their long longlong withdrawal times.

sadly they prey on problem gamblers, i hate it so much, i spend my entire life trying to close accounts down, but most of them delay things and allow you to keep depositing. its a sick sick industry

I would like to point out that we have very strict internal policy on that, 1 word from a player about 'Gambling Addiction' and the account will be permanently closed . We have Also instructed every chat representative that works with us and also people who work on emails.


So yes I agree that Gambling addiction is a serious problem but we on our end take it very seriously and close the account permanently without the possibility to reopen it.

As I have checked your account is closed permanently on Zeusglory.


One thing to note is if you want your account closed immediately and if there is a case of Gambling addiction pelase let our representatives know so. They will act immediately on that. As is the standard. Just saying I want my account closed is not a a way to go if you actually are a gambling addicted and you should let the representative know.
