So for the first time the merchant responded to my claims


HelpersM Pro and Mydates which both lead to Grotobook.


Anyone having some experiences with these merchants that do respond on your chargeback?


Or do they come with some false story to get the chargebacks cancelled?

Yes but this was like 2 months ago. They replied and told me they would refund, took 2 days then all Slideflair was refunded.

I have contacted my bank today who couldn’t do anything at all, told me to contact action fraud who have also said nothing can be done. I’m loosing all hope now as I’m trying every email possible in this thread that I can find that links to my transactions has anyone had any joy??


I really need to contact the owners of velobet, rolletto, goldenbet etc does anyone have the email?

Make sure you email payswix as that’s who they are run by. I emailed the owner and got someone to contact me straight away

Anyone had dealings with Nationalbet? Transactions show as Balon and Newton OS. Mine is a credit card so hopefully section 75 if chargeback fails

but I did take all the measures i could, gambling blocks on bank and cards, alerted bank who even sent the police to my door to check I was ok , joined gamban, indefinitely. But these unscrupulous fuckers send message and email day in day out to tempt. I even signed up to one had already deposited £200 and won £3000 And only then does it say country restrictions! Well that should have been from day dot so I will have my money back please!

i contacted them 3 weeks ago and they responded with the following:
