I feel like I need to warn others. This casino, run by Rabidi N.V., has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. What started as just another online casino turned into a frustrating, drawn-out battle over withdrawals, account closures, and terrible customer service.

The Issues I Faced

1. They Don’t Respect Self-Exclusion or Account Closures

I requested to self-exclude due to responsible gambling concerns, and instead of honoring it, they reopened my account without my consent! This is completely unacceptable and dangerous for anyone trying to control their gambling habits.

2. Mass Account Reopenings Across Their Brands

It’s not just GreenLuck. Rabidi N.V. runs a ton of casinos, including SlotsPalace, Boomerang, 5Gringos, Wazamba, Rabona, Cazimbo, and Nomini, and they seem to be reopening accounts across all their brands without player consent. If you’ve closed an account with one of them, don’t be surprised if you suddenly have access again without even asking.

3. Ridiculously Long Withdrawal Times
Winning should be exciting, but here? It’s stressful. I had to wait weeks for my withdrawal, constantly chasing customer support, only to be given vague responses or outright ignored. At one point, I even thought I wouldn’t see my money at all.

As per the previous reviewer , something is off with this casino. I had some initial success when i first opened my account, but many games after that , I just had empty spins.

I played on different days at different times and many different providers and I could not get anywhere the RTP is probably one of the worst I’ve seen.

I also started to receive spam messages by email and text as soon as I signed up here from other casinos. Interestingly those links were for their sister casinos and they have many.

The VIP team do offer you bonuses, but don’t want to close your account , so they keep trying to assure you they want you to enjoy the experience when all they are trying to do is keep you playing.

Overall a terrible experience and I would avoid and try somewhere else.

This casino just stole my money and didn’t seem to care. I deposited via debit card and whilst this came out of my bank account It was not credited to my casino account.

I reported the transaction to my account as fraud and hopefully I will get the money back.

Customer service was so unhelpful and didn’t seem to care.

Stay clear of this casino, do not deposit , find another casino.

I am somewhat baffled by the other reviews about this casino.

My experience has been nothing but painful yet again ! The RTP on these games is so low that you can not really enjoy some reasonable game play. Your deposit is lost within seconds. I’ve played many of the games on the site, however the pragmatic games are the worst, they just do not give you anything and I know that individual Casinos can change the RTP on these particular games. Stay clear as they clearly make it impossible for you to win anything.

I was provided with some cash bonuses but you cant use the money on any of the good games and therefore it was useless.

When I tried to close my account as per usual they ignore your request and add a bonus to your account ! It took me three attempts before they closed my account.

This is just another boring casino like all the other ones in the APAC region. They offer nothing special compared to others and the games have a very low RTP.

Typical boring Dama N.V. casino with little to no customer service. The RTP is terrible and most games pay very little, some games are so bad you wonder if they are legit.

The customer service agents on chat are even fed up working for this organisation.

I asked for my account to be closed permanently and I was told I needed to send an email . So I did on 2 occasions because allegedly they did not receive my first email.

Still no response and online chat have no power to close accounts. It seems they have little authority to do anything.

I assume they are deliberately keeping my account open in the hope I will change my mind and continue to play. This is not great for vulnerable users.

Just a very boring casino with no real customer service. The only positive is that the payment provider they use is very reliable.

This is one of the worst casinos out there, the RTP is ridiculously low, it takes forever to get through to anyone on the online chat and they don’t have the ability to do anything.

They do not close your account when asked , they create delays and ask the same questions trying to keep you playing. They say they haven’t received your emails and blatantly lie , these are very underhand tactics. You have to be crazy to continue to play at this casino when you have literally thousands to choose from.

You will not win anything here, the games pay out small amounts after many, many spins. The game quality is very mediocre.

I would recommend you stay away and find somewhere else.

The games selection is not bad, the RTP is not great but you can actually win something. The problem is with Rabidi NV casinos is that they take forever to process a withdrawl.

You can only withdraw $750 a day with a maximum of $10K a month, it would have take you a long time if you won BIG to withdraw your winnings.

The casino has a strategy to slow down your withdrawals and limit what you can take.

They have no KYC in place and are breaking the law offering players in Australia an account. This should be a red flag to anyone thinking of playing at this casino and it just demonstrates the quality of the licence they are operating under.

The website is slow and it looks like they have a VPN operating in the background to allow players access to games not allowed in there location. This could be a good thing , but it slows the games down depending on how may people are playing at any one time. I've been booted from many games half way through my game play.

It started well at this casino and i really wanted to like them. I had really good game play initially and won a substantial amount of money, unfortunately you realise very quickly that you can only withdraw $500 a day with a maximum of $10K a month, it would have taken me over 10 months to receive my winnings and that's if you remember to withdraw each day.

I knew i wasn't going to receive all my winnings as inevitably you continue to play. I did manage to withdraw some funds, fairly easily, but it takes up to 5 days for them to action the withdrawal.

I was offered 10% cashback on my losses, i was given no where near 10% of my losses and i had to ask for it twice before they gave it to me. They really slow the process down so you wager more and withdraw little, that appears to be their business strategy.

The games of late have all had a low RTP, the VIP manager appears to have gone AWOL. I spent ages on chat just trying to get my account closed after being offered an insulting bonus. They don't appear to value their customers.

I will be looking for a casino with a higher withdrawal limit.

The customer service staff seem to be very busy and disinterested, they didn't even ask me for my email address when i contacted them , they didn't even look at my account to see how much i had wagered. I eventually was provided a support email address so i could close my account.

With so many online casino's with the same games, the only differentiator is bonuses and customer service. This casino provided neither.

The payment processing is good but it sometimes charges you in a different currency, which means your bank charges you a foreign exchange fee, you only see this on your statement or if you go through the 3DS process. This is misleading as it charges you in your local currency.

The website loads well but overall a very disappointing experience.
