First thing I don't know how they have 9.8 rating on casino guru. With so many complaints. They are real scammers. For just $750, I don't know why they take so long for withdrawal.

There is no responsible gambling here. I closed my account with them long time ago with the same reason. Still i receive email from them and their partner casino that my account is reopen, I don't know why. I thought, let's give it a try. I manage to win around $4000. But there daily withdrawal limit is just $750. Because of their lengthy withdrawal i lost all the money but still $750 is in the process of withdrawal which is still showing pending. I don't know if I will ever receive my withdrawal or not. I just decided to closed my account again and donated $750 to them so that they can become rich.

Their partner casino all are same. So, beware of these scammers.

They seems like scammers. Limited customer service. Withdrawal service is disabled untill account is verified. And to verify account. They want bank account statement with SWIFT/IBAN number on it. In canada, SWIFT/IBAN number is not shown on bank statement. Also, they don't accept cable, internet bill as proof of address. So, It is not possible to verifying account from canada. I think, they just want you to deposit money into their casino and And will not pay if you wanna Withdrawal because of these unrealistic requirements.

Worse customer service, they don't listen to player concern, just rushing. Some how the currency in my account is EURO. I asked them to change the currency to CAD$ because I live in canada and it is easy to keep tract of your money when deposit and withdrawing in same currency. They said it is not possible to change the currency.

I was going to deposit money but I am glad I read the reviews that how casino Block the account of players when they made a withdrawal request if the player is self exclude from one of their partner. I am also self excluded from one of their partner. So, the reviews helped me not to waste money on this site. Moreover, they reopened my account when I requested. I do not know what would have happened if I win and trying to withdraw.
I thing if casino has this policy, they should exclude the players from all their partner website or prevent making account on their partner website in the first place.
