Gracias por la respuesta y la información.

Ayer comprobé que deja retirar via crypto y la transacción está procesándose. Actualizaré en cuánto tenga novedades y si ha sido satisfactoria la retirada. El sentido común y lo justo es como ustedes dicen, el casino debería ser responsable de no permitir directamente la entrada si los jugadores incumplen algún punto de los T&C. Aplicar la normativa solo para retirar personalmente creo que puede rozar la estafa.

Hi, I noticed that your complaint against the casino has already been resolved and you have received your money. I'm glad it was resolved fairly quickly. Sometimes you just have to be a little more patient, because we give casinos 14 days to resolve withdrawal issues. Of course it is not nice when you don't know anything about your withdrawal and you keep getting the same answers, but sometimes you don't have to be skeptical right away. 

So once again, I'm glad you managed to withdraw your money and everything is fine. I hope you will only have more good experiences. Anyway, are you going to stay with the casino ? Since it was just your first problem and it wasn't a major one, I suppose it could be so since you haven't had a problem with it in the past. 🙂

Hi, I am joining you. This is a casino and their sister sites Freshbet, and Goldenbet are suspicious. Their transactions are diverted to many different business names, Aqua pulse, Novadirect, Monberg, and so on. On top seems like the balances disappear and they take winnings ! Sometimes, the balance will just be deducted out of the blue and they are refusing to refund those charges in full! Did you have success on chargebacks? Since this is diverted to some third party?

No joy with chargebacks to be honest! The only way to win is to NOT play!

I have zero trust in reviews for the above reason, I have also noticed copy and paste patterns, which is highly irregular!


I never registered with Mystake but I feel qualified to comment because Freshbet Casino directed me to them regarding a refund request!

I agree, to stop playing is the key, they actually even deduct money out of the blue and absolutely refuse to give it back, even providing the evidence. All my reviews on Trustpilot are flagged up by them and then get removed. Of course, the reviews can not be trusted. I think if you are on Gamstop there is a reason for it and you should just stop playing! All these companies are related- they all have the same chat related to each other. freshbet is the same as Mystake or Velobet or Goldenbet or Roletto! I will raise my complaint witH Mystake re 3rd party transaction descriptions, will see where I get !

I am honestly astounded at the amount of money these casinos are scooping up.

I wrote to Velobet and interestingly the email communications that ensued were from the third party ‘Company’ not Velobet.

I actually got all my deposits reversed and have since written to them several times to ask WHY they paid me back …. NO RESPONSE….. (I think we can safely fathom the reason ourselves!)

It seems for a small number of successful challenges there are an unprecedented number of unsuccessful challenges!

My advice would be to ‘read the negative reviews’ generally, these are likely to be real experiences!

Read the positive ones too, if you think it will help, but keep in mind:

if it sounds too good to be true

compare it to a poor review 😉

GAMSTOP is the suit of armour for legally operated casinos in the UK 🇬🇧 outside of that you have no or very little protection!

Read about the reforms coming to Curaçao Licensing, once fully implemented this could force change in other countries!

A Global Standard is long overdue.

They do whatever they like and they have positive reviews here in Casino Guru or Ask Gamblers, despite the fact that is so shady! It is really shady business. I am questioning if Pragmatic Play and Evolution are not actually pirated there. Plus virtually all my reviews are flagged up by them on Trustpilot, but it is a genuine experience, how I name every single 3rd party transaction like Aqua Pulse, or Monberg they use if it was not a genuine review...

Just to add, I had a conversation with Trustpilot regarding Mystake reviews and highlighted the potential copy/paste use.

If you look at Freshbet, another one i challenged on Trustpilot, you will see a more believable review score!

Yes, Frashbet is very much what it is. I am wondering why they left Freshbet without copy paste, as it is still the same company. However, if you ask them if this is the same company Freshbet, Velobet, Mystake, Goldenbet, and Roletto, they deny. Despite when you send a message to them on live chat it virtually transcripts on all websites if you open them at the same time!

What is also worrying as mentioned before, is if you win on live games the winning amount vanishes from the balance! the bet is not rolled back and money returned, the actual bet is taken plus the winning amount is taken. This can not be a software glitch, happening so often, as if you play in UK-regulated casinos you never get those glitches. Also, when I posted on Trustpilot about money laundering and lacking basic player protection features they flagged my review :

So that’s easy to remedy - try using words like potential money laundering or even better unusual payment descriptions that bear no resemblance to the casino.

Don’t be discouraged add it again but be mindful of direct accusations and wording so you raise awareness but at the same time keep to TP rules.

Yes, I keep posting, I had one review verified about basic player protection features. Money laundering was removed, however, I never used incorrect information, so the reality is that is what it is, so I do not understand what is the problem. Information is not imagination, it is the facts. I have never used a bad language as well. I also think they need to be exposed!

May I add my opinion?

We would, for instance, reject such a user review for this reason:

"Hello, and thank you for your review. It seems that you failed to mention why the casino is so bad, aside from the fact that you lost. Casinos always have an advantage over players, so it's a common situation in all casinos that a player loses the deposit. Kindly write a new review with more details so it will be more helpful to other players. User reviews shouldn't serve as an act of revenge against casinos where you lost your deposit."

We feel that giving bad reviews because someone lost money in the casino is not very informative.

At the same time, we put great effort into tracking what we call casino-motivated user reviews

A few hints are here. It is not directly associated with My Stake Casino, and I'm aware of it, I just wanted you to know.

Mystake Casino could have challenged the claim on Trustpilot but I have not seen evidence of that yet!

Casino Guru - presumably if a casino relies on positive reviews to increase its ranking every effort should be made to validate them?!

Otherwise, do not include ‘reviews’ as a ranking variable!
