Again my daily rake back is missing for now 3 days. Please also note that it is not that I don't communicate with your CS. However, they keep giving me the run around like oh it's just delayed in the system and please be patient you will get it soon. This is not what we need. It's the same canned response for anything you guys can't handle and try to let us just hang around thinking it will go away automatically but it won't.


You and I both know that it won't be resolved till someone manually adds it like last time. So who is in charge? Where's your management when needed? We need real answers and solutions to our issues no lame excuses and run around which you will have to resolve anyways.

You can laugh all you want, but wait until you hit a streak and start winning consistently. Let’s see how smooth your deposit and withdrawal process goes then. Yes, I agree, their customer service is polite, but when issues escalate and need management’s attention, that’s where things fall apart. Aside from the 6 pending cashouts I currently have, I also realized after reading the rakerback issue here that I haven't received my rakeback yet for the past 2 days. I reached out to customer service for assistance, but, like others in this thread, the issue wasn't resolved immediately. Over the past few days, I've wagered quite a substantial amount—I'd estimate over $50,000 USD (around $300-$400 USD in rakeback based on my VIP level). Despite this, they were unable to assist me with my pending withdrawals or provide clarity on the rakeback issue.

Even more surprisingly, they couldn't give me the total amount I've wagered since my last rakeback, nor were they able to provide my gaming history when I asked.

On your first paragraph yeah I won huge amount of money. Actually that is 50k, yes there was a problem however since I followed what they asked me to do I was able to get my winnings even it took time for them to review.

I strongly suspect shilling in this case. It's highly unlikely that a player would publicly claim winnings of such a large amount in a thread run by the casino, as they would know the casino would simply deny it. The claimed HUGE win could not have happened with the biggest winner leaderboard. This account posted a a single review, and all four posts seem to be focused on attacking a player who has already proven the casino wrong multiple times. Who else would do such a thing?

Could you please elaborate on your 50k win? To be honest that is very suspect as we all know there's a biggest win leaderboards and with the amounts won on board displayed yesterday non of those would result in a 50k win. Don't you agree?

I see you have an update which is certainly welcome and I wonder when maintenance will end. I hope it won't take long, but according to the casino's words it shouldn't be. 

Also if I see correctly the account verification could come into it as well right? Or are you already going through it?

Yes hopefully their maintainence would be done soon.


With verification, I meant game play verification. My account has been verified and had previously withdrawn many times. However, after my first withdraw all of them needs to be verified with a 3 work day waiting period. That's what I was clarifying withe their cs. So for the ones that were pending before I askwed (2 hours ago) will take more than 3 work days. However, it will not affect new withdraws requsted which will just have to wait for their standard 3 work day review period.


The rakeback issue will take longer i believe as it is not withdraw related and seems like they are still figuring out the reason behind it.


Also worth mentioning is that the maintainance did not start today. They told me the same thing when I checked yesterday the same time. The difference today is that they are able to give a more precise time frame of when this maintenance is expected to be complete, "maybe after a day" said the casino.

Still hopeful but less optimistic compared to yesterday of getting paid in time or at all.


Just went to their customer service desk qskibg for an update and i was waiting their for well over 10 mintues with no greetings from anyone.


Now thinking about it, most casinos would have sent out a notice already if they have some maintainence that would affect players for 3 days now. I havn't received and general notifications, announcements on site, or a response that they originally promised last week would be sent in regards to my inquiries.


It is now way past the promised 3 work days without any attempt from the casino end to clear up the situation. Starting to think if I'm the only one being told of this maintainence cause you cant tell that there are any issues with the site at all. Can someone else with pending cashouts in between the following dates confirm?

I understand your concern, but I don't think it's that bad yet. The worst thing is if the casino gives a timeframe and fails to meet it. If I saw correctly they said that they will try to make it by this time but in my sense it means that it doesn't have to happen. 

Anyway, as long as they communicate with you, hopefully these difficulties will be resolved and the technical issues on their side will also be resolved as soon as possible. 

If that happens I will be glad to let you know and if nothing changes then we can try to help you.

Cliffs:

  • Day 4 of Yakuza.bet's "Maintenance"
  • Asked for an update on my pending withdraw status as well as missing rake back reimbursement after not being able to get in touch with them yesterday.
  • Acknowledges that the casino is unable to make payments while under maintenance
  • Can not give an specific time frame on when the maintenance will be complete
  • Confirmed that information provided 2 days ago that delays in withdraw only applies to those with pending withdraws prior to the maintenance is no longer valid and will happen to new depositors as well.
  • Acknowledges that players are now able to deposit without being able to withdraw winnings from site and does not believe there is anything wrong with allowing deposits while uncertain of when their cash out ability will resume.
  • They believe a site without the ability to pay players is a functioning site with no issues.
  • They believe they can accept deposits without properly informing players in advance at the deposit page or a site announcement that the delays on payment will be indefinite if they win on the site.


These are all serious warning signs before a site goes rogue and I truly hope they will pay everyone their winnings and not take advantage of this situation any further by allowing deposits knowing they can not pay,

I understand your concern, and I see that you have detailed information about your withdrawal. However, if you've encountered issues with withdrawals before, why do you continue depositing and then expressing frustration here?

As they’ve mentioned, the system is currently under maintenance, and you’ll need to wait until it’s completed. Technical maintenance is sometimes necessary to improve the system, and while delays can be frustrating, they are often unavoidable. As a player you I think you've should know and understand this.

I get that patience can run out, but rather than keep on complaining here, it’s best to wait until maintenance is completed as instructed. Constant complaints won’t change the timeline or make the process any faster.

Or do you want something else to happen, that's why you're complaining so much?
