Deposited twice on Friday 2x ~$250 by ETH, spent a good few hours pottering around, winning some & losing some. Played slots, bet on football, bet on UK & US horse racing. Withdrew $1500 by BTC, which was in my wallet by Sunday morning.

AVOID! There are way better out there, such as Flush, Deloro, Scorpion - who are much fairer in taking payments and processing withdrawals.

Freshbet have been hugely unfair by taking multiple deposits and then, when requesting a withdrawal, closing the account because I had one previously. Even though it was a genuine mistake, last deposit only refunded and both previous deposits and withdrawal cancelled.

They simply cannot be trusted to treat you fairly.

Decent casino. Couldn’t deposit by card (two cards rejected), which was a little frustrating, but Crypto was quick and easy. NEED TO UPDATE - problem seems to be with Crypto.com, so removed the negatives

Casino itself seems pretty good, user support very good and prompt, but cannot get away from £100 deposit by Bitcoin, yet only £67 credited.

Enough for me to self-exclude, purely so I don’t make the same mistake by accident.

I’ll change this if my withdrawal comes through, but, despite being a good casino to play at, I’ve been waiting a week for a Bitcoin withdrawal to be processed. Four contacts with a 3rd party customer service merely ‘send a chasing email’ but nothing happens and no feedback.

Made a two deposits in the evening and was lucky enough to win 2k. Withdrawal was processed within a couple of hours and Bitcoin back in my wallet by the time I woke up. Cannot fault that.
