That RTP is tested over the run of millions of spins so the game being certified but that RTP is spread between all players on that game. Yes, some would be lucky but others unfortunately will have to see the other side of the medal. Of course being on the unlucky side can never be pleasant but it is something we can't avoid at times.
Our games are the ones from the top providers, they are thoroughly tested before being certified and we make no compromise with that.
We understand your frustration from having a bad session but there is nothing we can do to change that but to hope for better outcome in your next sessions. You've had some nice hits so we wish you those to come even nicer and more often of course.
